they are resolved directly or recorded in the helpdesk support
system for the involnement of our 2nd line technicians.
Periodical
onsite support.
As well as the telephone support, we send our on site technicians
to visit our customers to maintain computer systems.
On call onsite support.
Our technicians are on site to troubleshoot for these customers who have on call support.
Remote helpdesk.
As an optional solution for customers.
Daily onsite support.
Full time technician can be placed in the customer's office.
